As the Chief Operating Officer at INFLUENCE AT WORK, Eily oversees the operations and strategy of the global leader in the science and practice of ethical influence. She has more than 18 years of experience working closely with Dr. Robert Cialdini.

Eily manages Dr. Cialdini’s social media, branding, PR, and event logistics, as well as the logistics for trainers all over the world. She also serves as the Senior Customer Experience Manager at Cialdini Institute, where she helps clients apply the principles of influence and persuasion in their personal and professional lives. She has a passion for social psychology and marketing, and is dedicated to helping people and organizations achieve their goals ethically and effectively.
