Leonardo D'Urso, CMCT

Leonardo D’Urso is the CEO and co-founder of ADR Center an international training and mediation provider based in Rome, Italy. He is an expert in negotiating and mediating complex commercial disputes and creating Conflict Management Systems (CMS) for large corporations. Since 1998, he has been lecturing on Negotiation Techniques and Alternative Dispute Resolution at a number of universities and post graduate courses and multinational corporations. Leonardo has conducted numerous international business negotiations as a team leader, negotiator, and representative for those companies. Furthermore, he trained several hundred managers and lawyers in negotiation and mediation. His clients include large corporations including Diesel, General Electric Oil & Gas, US Navy, Enel Holding, Alenia Aeronautica, and Finmeccanica. In addition, he worked on several international projects in Africa, Europe, and Central America setting up mediation centers financed by the World Bank, IFC, and European Union.

 

Leonardo D’Urso received his MBA from Thunderbird – The School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. He is the first Italian professional who is trained to conduct the Principles of Persuasion (POP) workshop by INFLUENCE AT WORK in Tempe, AZ, the contents of which are based on the research of the New York Times best-selling author Dr. Robert Cialdini.
